Data & Information Ethics Workshop

Defining core values and expressing them

Attendees of this workshop will:

Be able to identify, express, and apply their own ethical principles within academic contexts.

Understand the purpose of citations as the way we give credit to the work of others participating in the "scholarly conversation," and create one citation for a resource using a format of choice.

Recognize when to seek help and understand that libraries.uark.edu/help offers moment-of-need services for their questions, including ethics questions, and that these may be asked anonymously via the 24/7 chat service.
