StaffGuides provide a place to collect, organize, and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and related documents.
Built on the easy-to-use Research Guides platform, StaffGuides can include Word, PDF, Excel, Powerpoint, and other document formats, images, links to external sites, embedded videos, and more. StaffGuides can have multiple contributors, allowing for collaboration and shared upkeep.
By default, StaffGuides are viewable to anyone who knows the URL; that means all library staff can have quick access to documentation without cumbersome permissions issues. If your department has sensitive internal information, specific guides can be password protected.
