The terminology used to search with may be different from normal speech- the scientific name of the animal or plant may work better than the common name, depending on which of the databases you are searching in (I often use both, with OR, such as (cattle OR Bos), and some common terms find more than others (chickens OR poultry)-though if you want broilers, try that first. Check the thesauruses or subject lists for different terms or try a different database if you aren't finding what you want.
