A list of network printers will appear named for the department where the printer is located.
Find the network printer for your department and double-click it to install the driver and attach the printer to your workstation.
Go to the Start Menu and scroll down until you see the Settings option, or type Settings into the search tool at the bottom of the Start Menu.
In the Settings window that appears, choose Devices, then choose Printers and Scanners from the left-hand pane to view your currently installed printers.
Left-click the printer you want to remove and choose Remove Device, then click on Yes to complete the removal process.
