Networking is something you do every day in your personal life. Professional networking is similar, except you need to be more strategic about choosing and participating in communities. In this workshop, you will develop your own strategy for professional networking by determining

• which communities to join
• why you are joining a community (i.e., what your goals are)
• how to connect with community members
