The Center offers mentoring programs, academic enrichment programs, workshops & presentations, diversity programs and cultural immersions.

The Office of Diversity Affairs provides academic, language and financial assistance.

ISS assists with planning arrival from overseas. It also runs a conversation club, a mentoring program, field trips and orientations.

La Oficina Latina provides several types of support to Latino students.

"The purpose of this organization is to provide supportive, social, educational, outreach, and community events, activities and opportunities for students at the University of Arkansas who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and straight (GLBTQQS). PRIDE is a safe and welcoming place in which we focus on the issues facing individuals on campus, in the community and in society, who identify as GLBTQQS. The goals of PRIDE are to provide a safe and welcoming space and to create a more supportive and inclusive campus climate that encourages the success of all students regardless of sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation." Student Support Services offers individual assessments as well as counseling, advising, tutoring and skill building assistance.

The Walton College Office of Diversity Programs offers Scholarships, outreach programs and awards.

HR provides a diversity website, diversity calendar, diversity certificate program and the HR Resource Library.

Mullins Library provides access to research materials on minority populations and issues in its Special Collections department, as well as through its databases and book and journal collections. The Library also has a Diversity Committee.

The Office of Admissions participates in efforts to recruit minority students, such as the Diversity Impact program.
