New !  You can login with your UARK username and password on this page to see the group code.

Troubleshooting Tips

RefWorks seems to work well with most browsers, however, here are a few things to check if you experience problems in working with your account:

  • When exporting and importing data, or when working with Write-N-Cite, RefWorks may open new windows or tabs.
Turn off pop-up blockers, or allow pop-ups from the domain.  More about pop-ups
  • When installing add-ons such as Write-N-Cite or RefGrab-It, your browser may ask you to expressly allow the install.
Watch for a yellow warning bar at the top of the screen asking permission to run these programs.
  • Unlike most library resources, RefWorks does not use your UARK username and password for remote access; if you cannot remember your personal RefWorks login and password, use the email links on the login page to request help.
