Ways to Search

By Name

Choose Publications list to browse by newspaper name

Choose a letter to browse by name or search for the paper name.

From the results list, choose to View Detailed Information

The detailed information will provide some backgroung on the paper. Use the date drop-downs to move to a different year and month.

Choos the Drowse Iuuse link next to a story item.

That will allow you to browse through the issue a page at and time and see the articles in context.  Not the resize and search tools.

By Place

Choose Publications list to browse by place of publication

Click the link to Browse by place of publication.

A pop-up window will open.  Select the the state(s) or cities you wish to bwowse or search.

Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and click Submit.

You will be taken back to the main Publication list page.  Click Search.

Your results will be a list of matching titles.  Click the one that interests you.

On the list exapnded view, click the link to View Detailed Information.

The detialed display will provide some information about the paper.  Change the date with the drop-down menus.

From the results page, click teh link to Browse issue next to the story titles.

This view will allow you to page through the issue.  Note the resize and search tools on the menu bar.

 

 

 

By Topic

Search for the topic you are interested in.  Note the ability to limit by type of article or date.

From the results list, click the title of the article to read it or click the link to Browse issue.

The Browse issue link will allow you to page through the issue.  Note the search and resize tools on the top menu.
