Knovel is an online collection of technical handbooks, primarily for engineers. Architects may find some titles within Knovel pertaining to civil and industrial engineering useful for architectural projects.
The Fine Arts Library includes a substantial collection of books and other sources that can provide background information for projects. Most of these materials can be used within the library but not checked out.You may wish to browse the NA section of the reference collection, which consists of more than 250 volumes.
The same collection also includes technical standards for exterior (and interior) architecture, which are located in the Ks, NAs, NKs, and THs.
