This guide has been created to collect the tools and resources Libraries' faculty and staff use for communication, outreach, and special events in one location.

Communication Philosophy: All interactions with users are opportunities to communicate the University of Arkansas Libraries’ impact on outcomes important to them (ex. academic achievement, securing research funding, institutional rank and reputation). All Libraries' employees share responsibility for communicating these messages to our user community, whether through formal written communications, customer service interactions, teaching, liaison activities or in other contexts. Demonstrating the value and impact of the Libraries’ services, collections, resources and people is vital to positioning the Libraries as essential to the University’s mission.
