The Web Services Department supports student success and faculty research by

• creating easy-to-use and engaging websites and interfaces to discover, access, and make use of library resources and services.
• maintaining and enhancing system technologies and integrations
• improving remote access to resources

Web Development

Web Services works collaboratively to maintain the following websites:

• Libraries.uark.edu
• OneSearch
• 365 McIlroy
• Index Arkansas
• Arkansas Black Lawyers
• Alpha of Arkansas Phi Beta Kappa

as well as to customize the interfaces on the following resources:

• Digital Collections (CONTENTdm)
• E-Journal and ebook Portal (Serials Solutions)
• LibGuides, LibAnswers, and other Springshare resources
• ScholarWorks (bepress)
• Aeon and ArchivesSpace (Atlas Systems)

Alma / Primo Library Services Platform

Web Services Librarian Beth Juhl oversees the Alma / Primo service from Ex Libris.
Circulation Systems Manager Sherryl Faulker-Robinson oversees Fulfillment configuration in Alma.
Digital Projects Librarian Michele Reilly develops Alma and Primo Analytics reports. 

Electronic Resources

Web Services also support the use of and access to library electronic resources by:

• maintaining and troubleshooting the OpenAthens service, together with Content Services
• resolving issues related to electronic resources holdings, links, or functionality
• posting updates about new resources and new interfaces
