The papers consist of correspondence, reports, speeches, survey results, published promotional material, and newspaper clippings related to Betty Bumper's childhood immunization project. Box 1, Folders 6 and 7 contain data sets from the Arkansas Two-Year-Old Immunization Survey Results, 1979. 

This collection contains meeting minutes, correspondence, and other records of the Gaps in Services to Marshallese Task Force, as well as research information pertaining to the Marshallese and Pacific Islanders, particularly regarding health issues. Health surveys provide data on the project.

The Rural Arkansas Community Development Program was carried out by the Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service as part of the United States Department of Agriculture. Records document efforts to assist small business development, educate community leaders, develop comprehensive community planning, improve community facilities and housing, increase the quality and availability of health services, implement manpower training programs, improve the operation of recreation and tourism, improve the quality of the environment and reduce pollution, organize rural cooperatives, assist with taxation and local government issues and civil rights issues throughout the state in the 1960s and 1970s.

The Rachel Skoney Research Papers contain computer printouts of statistical data Skoney generated while she was preparing her master's thesis, Large Planters and Planter Persistence in Antebellum Arkansas, 1850-1860. Some files contain Skoney's descriptions of the programs used to analyze the data.

Raw data forms with handwritten notations recording precipitation, temperature, and river stages at various locations taken by U.S. Weather Service personnel were compiled from the late nineteenth century up to 1979.

The Mack-Blackwell Rural Transportation Center was established at the University of Arkansas (U of A) in May 1992. It was authorized by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 which was a reauthorization and expansion of a 1987 law. Collection consists of reports sponsored by the the Mack-Blackwell Rural Transportation Center with some publications produced by the Center.

The Rice Millers' Association (RMA) is a private, non-profit, national trade association of the United States' rice milling industry. Organized in 1899, the RMA is one of the oldest agricultural organizations in the United States. This collection contains the RMA organizational records from 1952 to 1991, including export data and acreage data.
