To search Medline within PubMed, you will need to use MeSH terms. Although these aren't solely used on Medline content, it is one way to single out that content from the rest of the database, which includes the PubMed Central (PMC) journals, a "free full-text archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature from the U.S. National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine (NIH/NLM)") and other content. 

You may use "evidence based medicine"[MeSH Major Topic] as one way to limit your results in PubMed to evidence-based medicine.
