Medline through Web of Science can be used on its own if you click through on the link below or choose it from the "Collections" dropdown menu within Web of Science. You can use keyword searchs, MeSH headings, authors, publications, and more.  If you want to search other databases that we get through Web of Science simultaneously with Medline, this may be a good choice.  In this version, within individual references, you can see cited references and related records, which is a bonus. 

Medline via FirstSearch has fewer limits or automatic parameters than the Ebsco or ProQuest versions. It takes more practice to get a good result.
