Use your Special Collections Account to order reproductions from manuscript collections:

Identify the material you would like to request to have reproduced. Learn more about duplication services and fees.
When you have identified material you would like to request for reproduction, click the Aeon Request button in the top right corner.
Click the red Edit button and make any additions or changes needed to the materials request.
Unless you're planning to visit the Reading Room to view the materials in person, click the grey Save Request for Later button at the bottom of the screen.
Your request for materials will display under Outstanding Requests. To turn the materials request into a reproduction request, click the Actions button and select Clone Request.
Now that you have requested the materials you would like, you can create the duplication request. Click the red Switch to Reproduction button.
Scroll down to Order Information, near the bottom of the page. Enter the order information for your duplication request. Note that folder information, page information, and format are required fields. If you plan to publish the reproduction, make sure to check the "For publication" box and fill out the Notification of Intent to Publish form.
When you are ready to submit your order information, click the red Submit Request button. A staff member will review your order information and be in touch with any questions about your order and to provide a payment link.

Login to your Special Collections Account and select Electronically Delivered Items under Order History.
Each order you place will appear in your Special Collections account. Click on the red View button to view the file. Make sure you save the file locally as it will expire from your account 30 days after delivery.
To request reproductions of published print materials, you'll submit requests through OneSearch, the Library's discovery platform.
A Special Collections staff member will scan your request and deliver the item electronically.

Step 1: Navigate to OneSearch, enter keywords into the search field and click Search.
Step 2: You can limit the results from the search results page to show items located in Special Collections by clicking the Search Everything dropdown menu and selecting Special Collections. Next, click the magnifying glass button to search materials in Special Collections.
Step 3: Once you've found an item of interest, click the record link to open the record page.
Step 4: If you are a student, faculty, or staff member, sign into OneSearch using your uark login credentials. Community members and Crystal Bridges users will sign in with their personal email accounts.
Step 5: Scroll down to the Locations sections and click the location you would like to request copies from (in this case, we want to request reproductions of the Special Collections copy of this item).
Step 6: Click the Special Collections Request button to the right of the item to be copied twice.
Step 7: If you haven't logged in to Aeon, you will be prompted to do so before you can complete the copy request.
Step 8: Scroll down to the Order Information section of the form and fill in the format and inclusive page information.
Step 9: Click the Submit Request button at the bottom of the form to complete your request.
