Beginning September 6th, 2022, Special Collections will have modified hours of operation and will offer 2, 3-block appointments per day, Monday-Friday. The morning block is available from 9-12 and the afternoon block is available from 1-4. If you plan to do research for the entire day, you will need to book an appointment for both blocks, if seats still remain. Limited seats are available and appointments must be booked at least 5 business days in advance of your planned visit.
When booking your appointment through your Special Collections account, double click on any block that is white (not covered in red hashing). The only blocks available should be the 9-10 AM block or the 1-2 PM hour block. When the appointment information box opens, the "end time" will automatically set to either 12 PM or 4 PM, depending on which block you are booking.

In the "Appointments" tab, find the appointment to be cancelled from the list, click the "Actions" button, and select "Cancel Appointment" from the dropdown menu.
Note: Canceling appointments will cancel any associated materials requests. You can resubmit cancelled requests from the "Cancelled Requests" page under the "Order History" tab.
You can edit or reschedule schedule appointments from the "Appointments" tab. Click the "Actions" button to the right of the appointment and select Edit. Edit the form as needed and submit.
