Sphinx (https://sphinx.uark.edu/) is a University Libraries platform administered by Web Services to support database-driven content on the University of Arkansas Libraries website. Staff permissions are managed by Dylan Hurd.

Updates to the Vertical File Index (https://libraries.uark.edu/specialcollections/verticalfile/) are made through the Sphinx Vertical File editor (https://sphinx.uark.edu/verticalfile/). 

To update the index, click the "Edit" button, and edit the text using the WSIWYG editor. To undo work in a session, you can click the "Undo All Edits" button. To save edits and post them to the website, click the "Post" button. There is no preview option; once you click "Post," the live website content is automatically updated.
