This guide is a collection of the policies and procedures for User Services personnel. Our lofty goal is to have documentation of everything someone working the Mullins Library Help Desks may need to know. While, we hope this guide will be particularly useful for new staff who are learning everything from the start, we also hope it will be a useful resource for everyone working to provide our patrons with excellent service. Since we work in a dynamic setting, this guide will always be under review and revision. Please let a User Services supervisors, the User Experience Coordinator, or Director of User Services know of updates or corrections that need to be made.
