Most users will now login with their full uark.edu email and UARK password.
New to ILLiad? After logging in, you will be asked to complete a one-time registration form to create your ILLiad account.

Patrons with a current @uark.edu email address, no matter what login these were using previously for ILLiad, will use their uak.edu email address as their login. If their email address is gohogs@uark.edu, their ILLiad login will be gohogs@uark.edu going forward.
Patrons who have registered for borrowing privileges but do not have a UARK email account will still use a ILLiad username and password. Going forward, this will be assigned by ILL staff.
New UARK ILLiad users will need to complete a first-time registration after logging in with their UARK email and password.
For patrons who have registered for borrowing privileges but who do not yet have an ILLiad account, they should call or email Interlibrary Loan at 479-575-5311 or ILLinfo@uark.edu. These patrons DO need to be current in Sierra.
Especially for the weeks leaning up to the semester, patrons may not yet have activated their new uark.edu account.
To do so, they should go to https://password.uark.edu/ and click on the tile for "Activate new account."
