Items In the Stacks

• Scores and books are usually on the first level of Mullins Library in the "M" classification area
• Music journals are on the main level behind Multimedia Services
• Sound recordings (CDs, LPs, etc.) and videos (DVDs, VHSs, etc.) are in storage, but quickly retrievable
• Music reference books are on the main level with other reference books
• Use OneSearch o find specific locations.

Online Resources

• These includes ebooks, e-scores, sound recordings, videos, journals, databases, reference works, and other music resources
• Online resources are described throughout this research guide, and also in the "Resources in Music" Libraries website
• Also use OneSearch to locate online music resources

Reserves Materials

• If your professor tells you to locate course materials that are on reserve in the Libraries, use the "Course Reserves" tab in the Main Libraries website
• In many cases you will find links to these materials on the course's Blackboard site
• Reserve items might be online, or they might be kept at the Mullins Help Desk or Multimedia Services

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Storage Retrieval

• You will be notified through email when items requested through Interlibrary loan (ILL) items or retrieved from storage can be picked up
• They can be picked up at the main Mullins Help Desk or at Multimedia Services

• To use equipment, including computers, players in all formats, copying software, recording software, and more, go to Multimedia Services
