Where to Request Help / Report and Issue

Messages sent here will open a ticket on the campus IT system.  You can send requests here for help with equipment and software, permissions, or system problem reports. 

libweb@uark.edu

Messages sent here will open a ticket on the LibAnswers Content / Web Services queue.  This service is monitored by Content Services and Web Services staff so it is a good place to report issues with record metadata, holdings, linking, OneSearch functionality, or other patron-facing problems.  This is also where patrons can direct questions.

Please complete the Library IT set up form to request Alma roles and permissions for new employees or to update existing employees
