Messages sent here will open a ticket on the LibAnswers Content / Web Services queue. This service is monitored by Content Services and Web Services staff so it is a good place to report issues with record metadata, holdings, linking, OneSearch functionality, or other patron-facing problems. This is also where patrons can direct questions.
