Books for Library Staff on Diversity and Inclusion

University of Arkansas Libraries Diversity Committee

Our role is to provide the highest quality educational experience possible for our students, our staff, and our faculty. We aim to improve that process through the provision of quality programming, the retention and development of competent and qualified staff, the development of our collections, and the equitable provision of access to these services. Our work is designed to produce a safe and secure environment which will enhance the social, mental, and physical well-being of the entire university community. Through our efforts, the Library Diversity Committee performs an essential role in the intellectual and professional development of the University’s students, and their preparation for democratic participation in an increasingly global society.
