The Aeon database uses default field names to populate its databases. We have customized the field names to be more useful for the University of Arkansas and more easily understood by researchers. The summary tables below show maps the Aeon database field names to local labels. This information will be helpful for creating batch requests by spreadsheet (all users) as well as maintaining systems integrations with Sierra, ArchivesSpace, CONTENTdm, and Caiasoft.
If no mapping is provided, the field is not currently customized in the University of Arkansas implementation. Hidden fields are not currently used in the University of Arkansas implementation.
