To view and print call slips from Aeon, the user must have access to the Special Collections network drive on Wright. The Special Collections drive must be mapped on each computer that the Aeon client is installed on.
Tip: all Aeon workflows at the University of Arkansas require the use of the print callslip button. The print request functionality is not used at this time and should not be used instead of print callslip.
Aeon defaults to prompting staff to select how they would like to view and print call slips each time a call slip is printed.
To change the default settings:
To restore the default settings, click on the hamburger menu at the top left, and select Printer Options. In the pop-up window, ensure that the boxes in the "prompt" and "edit" columns are checked.
After updating to Aeon Desktop Client v5.0.5/5.1.9, the new default mail merge method will be enabled by default. The legacy mail merge method can be re-enabled via the Aeon Desktop Client Options form for troubleshooting purposes if new printing errors are encountered after updating:

Under Print Settings, check the Use Legacy Mail Merge option:
