EBSCO

Multiple Citations from a List

Exporting multiple records from EBSCO is a two-step process: (1) saving the records temporarily for the search session or permanently to MyEBSCO and then (2) exporting the records.  Below are instructions for saving and exporting without logging into MyEBSCO.

  1. Search for the record(s) you wish to export.
  2. Select the record(s) to export by clicking the checkbox next to each item.
  3. Click the Save icon at the top of the search results list. EBSCO Save Icon
Note that you can show more than 10 records at a time by changing the display options.
  4. When you are ready to export your saved records, click the Saved  item on the left My Dashboard menu.
  5. Select the records you wish to export and click the Export Icon.  EBSCO export icon
  6. Choose Export to EndNote Web
  7. You will be prompted to log in to your EndNote account.
  8. Your references will be imported.

If you are logged in to MyEBSCO, the procedures are similar except that you can save records to a Project folder.  Saved items in Project folder are retained from session to session.  EBSCO Project Icon
