JSTOR allows you to save article citations, but not the full text of articles. Your citation will include a link back to the full text article.
For Multiple Records
- Select the citation/s you want by clicking the box next to each item.
- Click the Export Selected Citations link at the top right of the results page.
- Choose Export a RIS file.
- Your file will be saved as an *.ris file.
- Login to EndNote.
- Under Collect, select Import References.
- Click Browse to locate and attach the saved text file.
- Under Filter, select RefMan RIS.
- Select the group where you would like the citation to be placed, then hit Import.
For a Single Record
- When Viewing a detailed record, look for the Cite This button.
- Under the Export Citation options, choose Export a RIS file.
- Your file will be saved as an *.ris file.
- Login to EndNote.
- Under Collect, select Import References.
- Click Browse to locate and attach the saved text file.
- Under Filter, select RefMan RIS.
- Select the group where you would like the citation to be placed, then hit Import.
