SciFinder N - RIS Format
- Click References, then search for the record(s) you wish to export.
- Select the record(s) by clicking the checkbox(es) to the left of the record(s).
- On the top right of the results, click the Download Results button.
- In the pop-up:
- Under File Type, select Citation (*.ris) .
- Under Select Quantity, select Selected Results .
- On the bottom left, click Download .
- If prompted, save the file; it will have an .RIS extension.
- Log in to EndNote
- Under the Collect tab, select Import References .
- Click Browse to locate the saved file.
- From the Import Option drop-down menu, select RefMan RIS .
- From the To drop-down menu, select the group where you would like the record to be placed.
- Finally, click Import .
SciFinder N - Tagged Format
- Click References, then search for the record(s) you wish to export.
- Select the record(s) by clicking the checkbox(es) to the left of the record(s).
- On the top right of the results, click the Download Results button.
- In the pop-up:
- Under File Type, select Tagged (*.txt) .
- Under Select Quantity, select Selected Results .
- On the bottom left, click Download .
- If prompted, save the file; it will have an .TXT extension.
- Log in to EndNote
- Under the Collect tab, select Import References .
- Click Browse to locate the saved file.
- From the Import Option drop-down menu, select SciFinder (CAS) .
- From the To drop-down menu, select the group where you would like the record to be placed.
- Finally, click Import .
