Library Wide Search conducted by the User Services Stacks Specialist:
When all search methods are exhausted in the Serials Department and we have tried to locate an item 2 times (Search 1x/month), it is time to have the User Services Stacks Specialist conduct a thorough Library wide Search. This search will usually last for a year then if not found, a decision will be sent to the subject selector to replace or officially withdraw. Keep in mind that we do not complete the Search Procedure with missing 2nd copies.
The User Services Stacks Specialist is responsible for handling all Library Search Requests.
Email the User Services Stacks Specialist the item record number, title, volume field, barcode (if applicable).
